Honest answer: it depends on the season.
• Off-season (November – March): typically 3 weeks
from order to ship.
• Wedding season (April – October): typically 6-8 weeks. May, June, September, and October are my busiest months — please plan ahead.
• Custom veils: add 3-4 weeks depending on what we’re making, but I give you an exact shipping date when you custom order a veil. So everything is discussed beforehand!
• Rush orders: I keep a small number of rush slots open at all times. Choose Rush at checkout and your veil jumps to the front of
my table.

Once your veil leaves my studio, USPS and UPS handles the rest. Domestic orders typically arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. International varies.
If your wedding is in less than three weeks, please email me before placing your order so I can make sure your date will work.
Because every veil is cut and sewn just for you after you order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong color, wrong length, or change of mind. I know that’s strict, so here’s how I make sure you order the right one the first time:
• Order a swatch packet — I’ll send you real fabric and lace samples to hold against your dress.
• Send me a photo of your dress and I’ll personally recommend a color and length.

If your veil arrives damaged
or there’s a mistake on my end, that’s different, I’ll always make it right. 🫶
Most brides have no idea, and
that’s completely normal. Two ways I help:
1. Order a swatch packet — I send actual fabric and lace samples you can hold against your dress in your real lighting.
2. Send me a picture of your dress at
YourWeddingVeil@blancaveils.com and I’ll tell you what I’d pair with it. 🥰

Yes — please do. Custom is most of what I do now. Send me anything: a Pinterest screenshot, your grandmother’s veil, a sketch on a napkin. We’ll figure it out together!
Custom orders are priced honestly — I’ll tell you what the materials and time will cost before you commit.
I started Blanca Veils because every veil I loved was priced out of reach. I run a small studio. No boutique markup. My own hands on every piece. The materials are gorgeous, the work is perfection, and the price is what it actually costs me to make plus a fair margin for my time. That’s it. 💜
